Two Rivers: Today, Tomorrow and Beyond
What does “home” mean to you? Is it the start of a new family legacy, or maybe creating the next chapter in that legacy? Whether you’re a first-time home buyer with a new family or a recent retiree looking for a new place to call home, there’s a place for you at Two Rivers. If you’re wondering about the overall vision for Two Rivers, and what the community will look like as it is nearing completion in 2026, here are a few of the key features.
What’s Being Built Here Now?
Two Rivers is currently building single-family homes in the Northwater and Childers Villages. For those who enjoy community, there will be many opportunities to connect with family, friends, and neighbors. Lounge under the cabanas by the pool, savor a delicious lunch at the community picnic tables or meet new friends at the playground and on the walking trails throughout both villages. Our first two villages, Northwater and Childers, are now selling homes exclusively by Dr. Horton and Lennar.
What’s Coming in the Next Few Years?
It’s going to be different here. There will be a mix of easy, simple living paired with the comforts of modern, upscale amenities. The future of Two Rivers amenities will include:
- Over a thousand acres of wooded landscape
- Playgrounds
- Dog park
- Tennis and basketball courts
- Pedestrian trails throughout the community
- Outdoor event and play areas
- Exclusive clubhouse access for each village
Families can expect the ease of taking their children to schools within their own community with the future plans to build an elementary school, middle school and high school, and an 80-acre district park.
Those looking for shopping and dining options near home will find it here at Two Rivers. Current plans include 630,000 square feet of retail space, future options for dining, cafes, groceries, beauty services, fitness, and more are just a short ride away.
What About as We Near Completion in 2026?
We can’t wait to introduce you to luxury living at Two Rivers. This luxury neighborhood will include three villages with estate homes, a private country club with a spa, recreational amenities, and an 18-hole golf course designed by renowned Scottish golf architect David McLay-Kidd. The golf course will bring something new to Florida, allowing golfers to feel as if they are tucked into natural Florida as they are surrounded by grasslands and water.
At completion, Two Rivers will feature over 6,000 total new residential properties with a mix of single-family homes, villas, and apartments and a public safety site for law enforcement or fire rescue use.
