Two Rivers Community Expands into Hillsborough County with 2,000 Additional Acres
Eisenhower Property Group Plans Luxury Golf Course in the Master-Planned Community
Tampa, FL -- Two Rivers, a new master-planned community in southeast Pasco, is expanding into Hillsborough County as developers have secured 2,000 additional acres. The expansion is part of an overall strategy to build a comprehensive lifestyle community that honors the land’s heritage through design and community experience. The newly acquired land will add a luxury golf course designed by DMK Golf Design, a spa and other amenities to the approximately 6,000-acre residential, commercial and entertainment destination.

The new Hillsborough section at Two Rivers, will include three villages with estate homes, a private country club with a spa and lifestyle offerings. The luxury villages will also features a highly anticipated 18-hole golf course, with designs already underway and plans for a 2025 opening.

This luxury golf and amenity experience adds to an already masterfully planned focus on the best of Florida living. The entire Two Rivers community will feature four amenity centers that offer a variety of playgrounds, pavilions and pools, as well as recreation including tennis and pickleball. Existing plans for the Pasco section include a K-12 school and a regional district park, as well as 3.3 million square feet of office, retail, commercial and industrial space.
Upon completion, Two Rivers will include nearly 6,000 homes, townhomes, apartments and villas throughout more than 15 villages. New homes in Two Rivers will range from the high $300,000s to over $5 million and offer a range of best-in-class builders. Models in the first phase will open in the second quarter of 2023 offering floor plans from Lennar and D.R. Horton. Additional models within the next phase of Two Rivers are slated to open in 2024. The luxury villages at Two Rivers will feature custom homes ranging from $700,000 to over $5 million, with new home construction expected in mid-2025.
