New Two Rivers Homes and Amenities Coming Soon
Just a little over a year ago, we announced our comprehensive plan and vision for the next best community in Florida. Now, we are proud to say Two Rivers is already becoming a flourishing, regional destination – complete with homes, new residents and amenities underway.
What’s been accomplished so far?
Our first villages – Northwater with homes by D.R. Horton, and Childers with homes by Lennar – have sold hundreds of homes and already have residents enjoying their new lives at Two Rivers. The first two amenity centers in Northwater and Childers are also underway, featuring two clubhouses with pools, playgrounds and gathering spaces, and are expected to be open this summer.
What’s to come in 2024?
Wait until you see our next amenity! This year, we will break ground on a central health, wellness and dining club for residents. This facility includes tennis, pickleball, pools, playgrounds, various interior and exterior gathering spaces, and a bar and restaurant. Home shoppers are also excited for a planned regional district park as well as the shopping, dining and office spaces planned.
What new home options are coming soon?
Our next phase of Two Rivers includes new villages featuring a variety of builders and offering residents access to the private amenity outlined above.
Tamarack Village (early 2024) – This gated village will include homes by Park Square Homes and William Ryan Homes.
Ryals Field Village (mid 2024) – This gated village features Homes by WestBay.
Delyle Village (mid 2024) – The Delyle Village will offer Pulte homes.
Shortgrass Village (late 2024) – This village will offer M/I Homes.
Additional villages and phases will feature Casa Fresca, Meritage Homes and Taylor Morrison.
What about after this year?
Flatwoods, our luxury section located on the Hillsborough side of the master-planned community, will be home to Flatwoods Golf and Country Club. This community will feature a private country club with a spa, recreational amenities, and an 18-hole golf course. The course, designed by renowned architected David McLay Kidd at DMK Golf Design, is estimated to be completed in 2025.
